Les Improvisé

Do you hear the people sing? Singing the song of improvisation! Will it be a nail biting whodunnit, a wild western slapstick, a spicy romance, or maybe all 3!? And no need to sit through a 3 hour long musical – we'll have you home before bedtime. Using an audience suggestion for the title of the musical, every single song, group dance number and line of dialogue will be completely improvised.

You'll find yourself dancing, laughing, and marvelling at the spontaneity, as the performers create everything on the spot. So grab a date, a mate, or your mum for a perfect summer night in one of Melbourne’s most iconic (and air conditioned) comedy venues, to enjoy a night of laughter, music, and even a touch of magic at this entirely improvised musical!

The talented cast includes improvisers from TIC, Impro Melbourne, The Big HOO-HAA!, and more, with impressive backgrounds in music theatre and performances on stage and screen. Don't miss the magic, accompanied by the musical genius Shannon McIntosh on the keys.
