Aquarium

Tue 28 Jan to Sat 1 Feb at 7:00pm

Aquarium

Aquarium is an experimental play exploring queer identity through the lens of a captive jellyfish. Utilising their environment and experiences, Alanis Grocott ponders the question ‘what does it mean to be queer?’

This poignant coming-of-age story blends queer joy, satire, and childhood catharsis, all while capturing the struggle of trying to find oneself under the gaze of others.

Alanis Grocott's bold debut full-length show offers a fresh and diverse exploration of queer theatre, inviting audiences to immerse themselves in a world where identity and self-discovery shine brightly.
